Michelle Jones is our MD and Leading Strategist. Before Ketchup, Michelle was a high-flying Marketing Director and a Senior Project Manager for companies like IBM. So building successful brands in highly competitive sectors is in her DNA.

John Simpson

John Simpson is our Director of Interactive and Web Development so he’s the technical wizard behind our digital capability. Most importantly, John can explain confoundedly complex technology in an easily understandable way. Rare gift.

Gary White

Gary White is our Creative Director responsible for web and print design excellence. His track record includes working for Huggies, Swintons Insurance, IBM, Matalan, JD Williams and much of the work in our Portfolio.

Kate Fuller

Kate Fuller works closely with Michelle as Marketing Strategist. Dynamic, versatile and enthusiastic, she has wide ranging experience in driving marketing activities from design and creative work through to analytical and research projects. Her passion is seeing our clients grow and flourish through clever marketing strategy and tried and tested solutions. You’ll find her easy to talk to and incredibly motivated.

Katie Kirk

Katie Kirk is our Creative Copywriter whose skills help all our clients boost sales, increase leads, convert customers and engage audiences with the latest techniques in copywriting coupled with her natural linguistic flair. She’ll use principles of persuasion, emotional drivers, human psychology and a little bit of magic to do this. She has also edited several books and will write her own one day. Or perhaps just a short story.

Ian Woods is our Director of Copy and, after working in major London agencies (JWT, Ogilvy’s, FCB, Masius), he now uses his international-brand insight to create results for regionally-based businesses and start-ups.

Liz Smith is our Account Director and star project manager. She cut her teeth working on major brands like BMI Baby, Interflora and Thorntons and delivers complete efficiency with an effortless, service-as-usual smile. When Liz drives, the wheels stay on the bus.

Matt Youdale  is our PR guru. Having been an award-winning BBC journalist, he knows a good publicity opportunity when he sees one. His strategic expertise, media contacts and writing skills are second to none.

Sam Goddard is our Internet Marketing Director and SEO warrior. He wages listing wars wielding his mighty knowledge of PPC and a rapier-like insight into SEO. To give our clients winning, top-of-the-search ratings.
