A strategic move – from fourth to brand leader

Bentons’ reputation for hard work, integrity and seamless advice took them to No4 amongst Melton Mowbray estate agents. The only thing they lacked was strategy.

Working with leading strategic advisers we rebranded their agency and refreshed their logo and corporate ID.

The next logical step was to create distinctive new stationery and sales boards (vitally important advertising tools in the property sector), as well as producing flexible ad templates for a highly cost-effective press campaign.

Bentons are now No1 in the Melton Mowbray region and have broken into new markets in the East Midlands.
