Ads generate electrifying increase in footfall

Even in difficult years, major high street chains expect the Christmas season to energise sales. It’s no different for established independents like Knights of Oakham. As an electrical retailer with 80 years of experience, Knights expected a seasonal uplift, but hardly predicted the increase in store traffic that followed their re-branding and website launch.

Alongside the website, our designers refreshed their brand identity including vehicle livery, stationery and signage. The Ketchup copy team devised a new strapline that communicated practical benefits and the personal interaction. We then ran a tactical pre-Christmas ad campaign. And the response was phenomenal.

We asked Ketchup to look after all our rebranding and web design as a result of the fantastic work they did for us on Puddle Cottage. They had done their own work to understand our business and knew what end result we were after before we did! They are always quick to respond and turned the new website around quickly. Their expertise goes far beyond just the realms of website design and their continued advice on how to maximise web presence as well as local advertising and social media are invaluable.  We are delighted to be now working with Ketchup on designing our print media  too.
