We get very excited about local projects. As Ketchup HQ is practically in the shadow of historic Belvoir Castle, we were delighted to be asked to help with their stunning new rural retail village, the Engine Yard.
Originally used as workshops to produce furniture, doors and windows to the Castle in the early 1800s, the historic buildings spread over 3 acres have been lovingly restored and renovated.
So designing a website that reflected the legacy and heritage of this special place was very important to us. We chose contemporary, high end imagery to align with the rebrand and teamed it with simple yet engaging copy.
Championing local businesses and great British brands, the Engine Yard is the eagerly awaited next chapter in Belvoir Castle’s story. Launching on 15 June, the rural retail village offers a plant centre, clothing, accessories, gifts, homewares, a deli and restaurant as well as a spa.
We can’t wait to experience a little bit of retail therapy in such glorious surroundings…engineyardbelvoir.com
