BUILDING BRAND AWARENESS WITH A  BRILLIANTLY  CREATIVE CAMPAIGN

Overview

Established for over a decade, Belvoir Properties boasts over 170 high street offices nationwide offering professional, knowledgeable and tailored services.

Belvoir Properties required an evergreen sales campaign to promote their estate agency offering whilst creating a point of difference from their competitors. The aim was to increase and strengthen brand awareness with vendors who are selling their homes.

AN INSPIRING CAMPAIGN  POWERED BY CREATIVITY 

The evergreen campaign aimed to generate emotion and energy that resonated with Belvoir Properties’ existing audience, whilst attracting and engaging a new one. With a range of formats to work with, from website banners to social media graphics, flyers and posters for their branches, the messaging had to meet every mark. Our brief was clear: reinforce Belvoir Properties’ key message that “property is personal” and demonstrate the concept of enjoying a [seamless] journey to successful sales with them.

Graphic design

The campaign’s photography focused on the positive emotive elements of selling your home, with a distinct graphic line. This line illustrates the journey and blends all of the copy and photography elements together. Combined with bold backgrounds and subtle animations on social media, the content for this Belvoir Properties campaign has been a refreshing take on their style, whilst aligning with their existing branding.

Visual language

One of the key concepts of the campaign is the idea of the customer journey being reflected in Belvoir Properties’ “property is personal” tagline. Combined with illustrations of open doors and sold signs alongside photographs of real people, this adds to the idea that Belvoir provides a straightforward but personalised service. These concepts can be found across every format, ensuring that all of the content is instantly recognisable.

Tone of voice

The tone of voice for the campaign drew on Belvoir Properties’s point of difference and distinguished them from their competitors. It also helped to increase and strengthen their brand awareness for vendors and buyers who were intrigued by their offering. We created bold statements that reinforced the idea of leaving a challenge and arriving at a solution thanks to Belvoir’s services, such as “from hassle to smooth sailing” and “from confusion to friendly communication”.
