A REMARKABLE REBRAND FOR LEADING ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS VISUAL LANGUAGE
Overview
As an engineering consultant, Harban Redwood has over 20 years of experience in supporting commercial and residential engineering projects.
The client approached Ketchup to oversee and implement a rebrand that would include a new name, refreshed branding and brand guidelines. The new brand aimed to attract more talent and reflect the great working environment and high calibre of the projects at Harban Redwood. Sharing the same passion for turning clients’ dreams into reality, our designers took inspiration from Harban Redwood’s [impressive] projects and inspiring approach to the work they do.
A CONCEPT REIMAGINED
The client initially requested a minimalist black and white logo, similar to the style of their competitors. Following our brand analysis, we instead created a design that reflected the industry but distinguished Harban Redwood within the engineering market. Instead of the monotone palette, we explored muted shades that were modest but still managed to reflect the brand’s personality.
This unique colour palette and logo design differentiated Harban Redwood and [soon enough] the client realised that this was the perfect direction for their rebrand. To continue strengthening the new Harban Redwood brand, we’ll incorporate photography that shows the team immersed in the work they love into the visual language. This will help to continue building meaningful connections with potential clients and better demonstrate Harban Redwood’s passion and expertise.
