Harlaxton Manor is a beautiful historic country house set within 300 acres of parkland and gardens in Lincolnshire. With its rural surroundings and picturesque scenery, this iconic manor house provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable wedding in the beautiful countryside, as well as offering a range of events for visitors and the local community to enjoy. From spectacular architecture to breathtaking woodland, Harlaxton Manor is brimming with character and is versatile enough to offer the perfect venue for a wedding, conference or even just an afternoon walk.
The client approached us for a key project – to transform existing PDF documents into a professionally-designed, interactive and stylish brochure. The goal? To engage with couples searching for their dream wedding venue and persuade them that Harlaxton Manor was the perfect match.
A MASTERCLASS IN BRAND REIMAGINING
Our design team performed a complete refresh on the existing branding to evolve Harlaxton Manor’s style in line with their brand persona. A particular area of focus was the floor plans, where our designers worked up custom-made illustrations [that reflected the brand’s glamorous personality].
A pre-visit tool was also designed within a tight timeline, so that the client could capture potential leads who were searching for their ideal wedding venue with an irresistible preview of the State Rooms, Great Hall, State Dining Room and Bridal Suite.
A BEAUTIFULLY BESPOKE BROCHURE
Our talented design team created a 24-page brochure that combined a high-end heritage feel with a light and contemporary approach to attract the target audience. The result was an inspiring and engaging representation of Harlaxton Manor’s unique offering translated into a professional-looking asset, which could then be used to encourage couples to book a tour of the stunning venue.
The digital brochure cleverly introduced custom-made animations created for the new brand style throughout the pages, so readers could enjoy a delightful digital experience whilst learning valuable information. As we always think ahead when it comes to executing a campaign, this digital brochure was built with an option for printing should the client wish to do so in the future, going the extra mile to get footfall down the aisle.
