I’ve grown Ketchup from local to global, and now have clients in manufacturing, finance, FX, membership, and SaaS [among others]. A dash of Ketchup helps them to expand their footprint and succeed. I love nothing more than seeing my talented team deliver incredible results for our clients – that’s why I’ve been doing this for so long.
Well-qualified, with a strategic eye
I hold six Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) accreditations from the Association for Project Management. These cover everything from the fundamentals of marketing to time and resource management, and mean I have the credentials that clients look for. I also have a degree in Business Studies, and am a published author on white-collar crime.
Turning industry insight into impact
I was formerly Brand Manager for IBM, and I’ve lectured in Business and Marketing at Manchester University. This mix of global brand experience and academic insight has helped me to grow Ketchup with confidence. Clients know that with us, they get all the practical, strategic support they need [and that we know exactly what we’re talking about].
Leading from the front with 25+ years in the game
With over two decades of experience in the industry, I’ve seen a lot change, but what’s stayed the same is my passion for helping businesses to grow through smart strategy, strong relationships, and a genuine understanding of what makes clients tick.
As Managing Director, I steer the ship but still get stuck into client projects whenever I can. From shaping big-picture plans to offering hands-on support, I believe that the best results come from working collaboratively and staying curious [and they do]. For me, it’s all about building a business that’s trusted, creative and always delivering.

I’ve been honoured to make a variety of conference appearances and other speaking engagements throughout my career. This has included DEC Women in Business, Melton Borough Council events for start-up businesses, and Women in Business events. I was also once on the BBC news [but I don’t want to brag].
