Overview
Marketing to reflect brand growth.
Outcomes First Group came to us at a pivotal moment in their evolution. While there were elements of their existing brand they still valued, it no longer reflected who they were becoming or where the business was heading.
Originally designed to support specialist education settings and professionals working with neurodivergent children, the brand was bright, playful, and highly distinctive. However, as the group prepared to expand into a broader educational network, including mainstream and private schools, the identity lacked a cohesive story and the sophistication needed to resonate with a wider audience.
Outcomes First Group needed a brand and logo that could grow with them: one that clearly articulated their purpose, unified the group and its sub-brands, and balanced warmth with authority, without losing accessibility at its core.
Creating a strong foundation for their brand.
The identity of Outcomes First lacked a cohesive story and the sophistication needed to resonate with a wider audience.
They needed a brand and logo that could grow with them, and that clearly articulated their purpose, unified the group and its sub-brands, and balanced warmth with authority – all without losing accessibility at its core of their messaging.
We kicked off with a deep discovery phase, exploring the group’s purpose, values, competitive landscape, and long-term ambitions over the next 5-10 years. This highlighted the need for a strong, identifiable logo that not only stands alone but visually links to the existing sub-brands; this also called for a clearer narrative across both visual identity and language.
Our copy team developed a refined brand narrative and tone of voice to inform the creative direction. This strategic foundation led to the development of two distinct brand concepts. Both were underpinned by accessibility principles and typography that lent itself to clarity without stripping the brand of personality.
In the end, the rebrand was enthusiastically signed off at CEO level and delivered a strong strategic foundation for the group’s next phase of growth.
The new identity provided Outcomes First Group with a more confident, sophisticated presence within the wider education sector, a scalable framework to support evolving sub-brands, and a clear narrative that better reflects their purpose and long-term vision.
