A little bit about Paul.
Over my career, I’ve honed skills in sales that I now use to help shape strategy for Ketchup’s clients. I work closely with brands that need sales support, helping them to make the most of any sales opportunities that arise. I love it when everyone wins.
My background includes several interesting roles at The Cauldwell Group; Vodafone; and AVG, to Symantec; Rant & Rave; and Interoute. All of these experiences have shaped my approach to business growth. One thing that really stands out for me is the importance of developing people.
One of my key roles here is in streamlining processes, training effective sales staff, and devising operational strategy. I’m the go-to guy for anything related to any of that, and I’m always happy to share my wisdom!
I love helping people develop personally and professionally, and see it as a key driver of marketing success. I like to ‘lean in’ to what people need, and help them grow in ways that benefit both them and Ketchup as a whole. That’s Ketchup empathy in practice – one of our core values that helps shape my approach to staff development.
I love walking the dogs – which also helps me stay on top of the Ketchup steps leaderboard. Apart from that, I like nothing more than a nice cold beer and a good old-fashioned shout at a rugby match.
Paul’s favourite thing about Ketchup.
“I love our people and the vast potential of the Ketchup Crew. We’ve built something amazing and I’m proud to be a part of this powerhouse team.”
