A little bit about Chris.
I’ve got over 10 years’ experience in digital marketing. I began as a junior copywriter before specialising in SEO through Google certifications. I’ve worked agency-side and as an eCommerce Manager, gaining hands-on experience in website visibility, social media and digital campaigns across varied industries.
My role is to make search easy to understand, showing businesses how visibility impacts performance, and how AI is now reshaping what successful SEO looks like.
I’ve managed client accounts across sectors, I’m known as a bit of a talker, and sometimes need Ketchup’s Brand Managers to help explain what I’m saying. But I’m always completely honest with clients – including our own MD.
SEO evolves constantly, with algorithm updates and AI-driven changes shaping strategy. The best part of my job is knowing that the adjustments I make have tangible results, and deliver real benefits for our clients. It’s pretty damn satisfying, and I love the opportunity to celebrate wins with clients.
I’m a Spurs fan – whether that’s something I enjoy out of hours is open to interpretation. I also like running, playing cricket, and singing along to carpool karaoke. I’m also a sports stat geek. Go on, test me.
Chris’ favourite thing about Ketchup.
“Pay attention to the data, and you’ll find the detail you need. Curiosity is a virtue in SEO; I’m always learning something new. Ketchup gives me the space to do that, and put all my expertise into practice.”
