A little bit about Lucy.
Over 12 years, I’ve honed my skills across branding, digital design and print. I’ve worked in dynamic design agencies, collaborating with diverse clients. I’ve crafted memorable identities, impactful visuals, and seamless user experiences. To me, every project is an opportunity to blend creativity with strategy, and artistry with results.
Design at the intersection of great aesthetics and excellent functionality is a real hallmark of our work here at Ketchup. It’s something I’m very proud of, and my leadership of the design team reflects that. This approach helps us get great results for our clients; we might design a website that looks great, but it’s also going to perform exactly how they need it to.
Design is a key aspect of marketing. I love to have fun, but I’m a big believer that if design isn’t aligned with an overall strategy, then it’s a total waste of time. Great design should be intuitive, distinctive and aligned with your goals.
Design is about craft, but that needs to be backed by proper graft.
I’m a new mum, so a lot of my time is spent chasing after my one-year-old boy. I also love good food, frothy coffee, and spending my spare time hand lettering or bullet journalling.
Lucy’s favourite thing about Ketchup.
“I love seeing the incredible impact great design can have on our clients, from brand strategy to campaign roll-out and user experience.”
